WEDDING PROP/DECOR HIRE

How Long is the prop hire period?

All of our hire props can be used for 3 days. This allows you time to set up the day before the wedding. If you need any props for a longer period let us know.

I want something unique can you make bespoke pieces for us?

Yes! We love making bespoke pieces such as backdrops signage and macramé. If you have an idea let us know and we can make it happen.

Can I view my hire items before booking?

We do not have a showroom but are more than happy to arrange viewings of hire items with prior arrangement. This can be face to face or via zoom

BOOKING YOUR DECOR ITEMS

How can I book?

Get in touch so we can send you a bespoke quote including delivery and collection from your venue. Once you have decided the items that you want to hire a 25% non refundable deposit is required to reserve the items.

PAYMENTS

What are the payment terms?

After the deposit has been paid the balance will be due one month before the event date.

DO YOU CHARGE A DAMAGE DEPOSIT?

All items have a damage deposit and the amount is dependent on the item. You will be made aware of the deposit amount at the time of booking. The damage deposit is due on the same date as the final payment. This will be refunded in full no later than 48 hrs after collection if there is no damage.

PROP DELIVERY AND COLLECTION

Where do you deliver and how much will it cost?

We can deliver to any venue in Dorset or Devon. Delivery cost is calculated based on the distance from our studio. The delivery and collection cost will be detailed on your quote

CAN I COLLECT MY DECOR ITEMS?

Yes. If you prefer to collect this can be arranged. Some backdrops and delicate pieces can only be installed at the venue so are not possible to collect

ON YOUR WEDDING OR EVENT DAY

Do you set up our props and furniture?

Our backdrop hire includes instillation at the venue. For props set up is not included.We do offer an on the day styling service which is perfect if don’t want to have the stress of setting up and styling your venue. Take a look at our on the day styling package here:

FULL VENUE STYLING

 Do you offer set packages/Themes?

We don’t offer set packages because we believe that every wedding we style should be unique and personal to the couple. We can offer a package price for full venue styling. After a consultation to find out some more about you we will send a bespoke quote.

Can you do a Venue Visit?

Absolutely! We love doing venue visits with our couples and it is a great chance to get to know you better, get inspired and make sure we have all the key details covered.

Can you source items from other suppliers for Venue Styling?

We work closely with an amazing group of local suppliers to source items that we do not stock such as cutlery, linen and charger plates tables and chairs.

Do you have insurance?

Yes we have public liability insurance and are happy to send proof of this to your venue if required.

WHAT ARE YOU ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES?

The environment is very important to us and we strive to be as sustainable as possible. We still have work to do but:

  • The majority of our stock in vintage or maid from reclaimed materials. In the instance that we but brand new inventory we but timeless pieces that we believe will be re-used again and again

  • When delivering our items we do not use single use packaging

  • When working on styled photoshoots we work with florists that use locally grown seasonal flowers

  • We love to support our styling clients to have a sustainable wedding that still looks amazing. We can recommend our list of Dorset and Devon suppliers that feel the same way

  • All candle wax used at events is recycled. We use a lot of candles!
